Multi-trip Query Range:
The 'Multi-trip Query / Refund' feature only displays the most recent 5 orders within the last 6 months for the orderer.

Single Code Limitation:
When using 'Single Code Query', only one order can be retrieved. If you have multiple booking codes or trips, we recommend using your ID for a multi-trip consolidated query.

Online Refund Deadline:
Online refunds must be completed at least 2 hours before departure. If tickets have already been picked up, please visit the counter in person for refund processing.

Online Refund Handling Fee:
An online refund handling fee of 10% of the original ticket price will be charged. The refund will be returned to the original credit card within 7-14 business days.

Consecutive Error Protection:
To prevent malicious scanning and protect personal data, if the same set of credentials is entered incorrectly 5 consecutive times, the system will immediately lock that data for 3 hours, during which no queries can be made on the website.
